Training 'Balance'

Many employees feel out of balance. They work hard, try to do everything right - work, family, ambitions, responsibilities. The result is stress, exhaustion, and the feeling of never doing enough for what is really important. This not only affects their private lives; it is also in their work: reduced energy, concentration problems, absenteeism.

The problem is that many people don't know how this can be done differently, or what choices are really possible. They have never learned to actively organize balance - between effort and relaxation, between work and private life, between ambitions and what is realistically achievable. A training focused on balance helps to reverse this: more energy, more peace, more fun in work and private life.

Radvance

  • Preparation: self-examination - Participants fill in questionnaires in advance about personality, assertiveness and experienced balance. This provides direct insight into personal pain points and starting points for improvement.
  • Information and insight - During the day information about the three specific aspects of balance: personality (who are you?), assertiveness (what are your limits?), and balance (how do you ensure balance?).
  • Interactive exercises - Many practical, interactive exercises in which participants gain insights, explore choices and overcome thresholds. This is not theoretical, but aimed at actual change.
  • Personal plan of action - Closing of the day with a concrete, personal plan: how will your balance in your life really improve? What choices do you make? What are you taking with you?

Frounding and benefits
This one-day training helps participants see balance not as luxury, but as essential. They gain insight into their personal pain points and handles to really change something. With a personal plan they leave the training with concrete steps.

For employees this means more energy, more peace, more fun in work and private life. They make more conscious choices, set better boundaries, and pay attention to what is really important. For employers, it means healthier, more energetic employees with less stress and lower absenteeism. People in balance work better, are involved and productive. So this is investment in both well-being and business results - a training that directly benefits both parties.
